Billy Don and family,
Very late but I just read about your loved ones passing. So sorry for your loss. It is a very difficult thing to go thru. May GOD give you peace as only HE can.
I just recently [Aug. 2nd] lost my second wife. Sometimes loneliness is a consuming thing.

Dear Billy Don and Family,
Steve and I have sweet memories of a beautiful and special young married couple in San Saba. From our point of view, you and Pat were the perfect duo. We remember when both your sons were born and Kathy and I playing with Devin and probably pestering Pat to distraction. She was always happy to tolerate us. ♥️ I saw Pat at the Summerhouse over several years and always remember her sweet smile. She always took time to catch up regardless of how busy she was. She loved her family so much and took very good care of you all. May God bless you and comfort you as only He can.
Our love, Paula & Steve

Big brother and family, I am so sorry for the loss of your very special wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Pat had it all-beauty, intelligence, great personality and amazing creativity. I liked her the first time I met her and was so glad when she became my sister in law. She was not only my brother’s wife, but someone who really listened and cared and patiently shared her creative skills. I learned so much from her. I thank God for the privilege of having her in my life. I know that she loved you all deeply and is watching over you from Heaven. My prayers are with you at this sad time. I am sure that Heaven became even more beautiful with her presence.

Billy Don,
Al and I are so saddened to hear about your precious
Pat. We will always remember the good times we had
together with you and Pat over dinner out somewhere.
She was a remarkable, strong woman, who came across
as someone who was self assured and yet very friendly.
I liked her the minute we meet.
Whenever you feel comfortable in getting together
again - please say the word and we'll make it happen -
politics aside (guess we shouldn't gang up on poor Al).
Much Love,
Cathy

I am reminded of sprawling barefooted on the grass on carefree summer evenings of childhood, looking up at the expanse of stars, and listening to the sparkle of Pat’s voice as she laughed and chatted with friends and family on the patio after supper. I always loved the beautiful sights and smells in her flower shop and the vibrant, convivial ambiance that surrounds her wherever she goes. I’m sure that she will “spruce up” heaven’s foyer with all her creative handiwork. I look forward to her bright, welcoming smile at the door.

You are all in our prayers. May “the God of all comfort” (2 Cor. 1:3-4) fill your lives with His presence throughout this heart-rending ordeal, enfolding you with the arms and words of those who love you. May He give you the strength and courage to walk this path alone temporarily, until you see sweet Pat again in God’s glorious presence.

Much love,
Julie, Darroll, and family

We spent several years across the street from each other raising our children in San Saba, TX. we went on long walks, and she hired me to work in her florist business, and taught me to be a florist. She also started a small cafe next door, and we both worked there and expanding to catering at times. Anything she thought of, she tried. She was an amazing woman. Even though we had moved away from each other we always called each other for our birthdays, and send card for the holidays. I will miss her terribly. My heart goes out to her family.
