Rachel Campbell

Rachel Elizabeth Campbell, age 87 longtime resident of Buchanan Dam, Texas passed on January 19, 2014. She was born on December 31, 1926 in Mound City, Illinois the daughter of Homer Geroge Isenberger and Mary Elizabeth Curren.

Rachel was a seamstress for many years. She was retired from the Burnet High School where she worked as an custodian.

She is preceded in death by her husband Homer Campbell of 72 years and her son Homer Charles Campbell.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Leslie and Pat of Buckholts, Texas, daughter Loretta Faye Hughes of Llano, Texas, sister Mary Margaret Hiestand of Buchanan Dam, Texas, 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren several nieces and nephews and other extended family members.

Visitation will be Friday, January 24, 2014 from 6-8 p.m. at the Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Burnet, Texas.

Funeral services will be Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Burnet, Texas.

Interment will follow at the Bluffton Cemetery. Arrangements by Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home.
