He is preceded in death by his parents, Faustino and Mary, and two brothers, Faustino Jr., and Diego Torres.
He is survived by his wife, Donna; three sisters, Mary Thompson, Sophie Torres, and Stephanie Ricupati; numerous nieces and nephews, and his loving church family.
Rene enjoyed drawing and making his lures to fish with.
He loved to spend time with friends and family, sharing his famous stories.
Rene’s greatest passion was diligently serving his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
A visitation will be held at Jesucristo La Roca Viva for Rene will be held Tuesday, August 15, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at Jesucristo La Roca Viva from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
