Shawn’s nickname was Shaunti Firestorm. He was a chef at River City Grille and various other restaurants, an assistant teacher at Kung-Fu Shaolin, ran sweat lodges and gave a lot to close friends and his community. Shawn went to Flour Bluff High School and studied Psychology at Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi.
He is survived by his son Bodhi Ryan, brother Tony and wife Emma Ryan, parents Curtis and Lynda Ryan and ex-wife Danielle Moore and hundreds of friends.
A memorial service is going to be an Irish Wake (as per Shawn’s wishes) to be held at Danielle Moore’s home at 18101FM 963, Bertram on February 23, 2019 starting at 3:00 pm.
