Gerald and Sheron were our next door neighbors for a number of years in Ramsey Minnesota.
I have thought about Sheron during the days since her going to meet her Savior. She had a heart of gold.
I loved her and I know she loved me She was proud that her name had a unique spelling. She was funny .
She and Gerald had a wonderful time in Spain and I think Italy. She bought me a Picaso scarf . I think of her every time I wear it. We went to a child care group together a few times. She loved children and often talked about her own grandchildren. Ingrid

Sheron was my cherished friend for 30+ years. Sheron told me she was going to be with the Lord, telling me, "it's okay, really it is." Her family was everything to Sheron. Sheron was always looking out for her family; her touch of love was magical, her ability to soothe & calm, unmatched. Sheron wanted her family to feel her love & there's no doubt her family knew the depth of her love for them. Sheron didn't hold a grudge, and she was quick to forgive. Sheron was excited with the birth of each grandchild like it was the first. Sheron's excitement about grandchildren & family milestones achieved were of great joy for her. I miss my friend, but I know that she's busy making everything perfect for the heavenly family reunion in the ways only she could do.
Sheron & I drove to Mount Shasta in the mid-1990s. I collect rocks from places I have been; she's holding out two for my approval. She is wearing my shirt & socks here, she wasn't prepared for the cold, but I was.
I will continue to cry, but I will also smile remembering the good times we shared & the love, yes the love that she so freely gave. We love you Sheron & we will never forget you.
Our love & prayers to your treasured family.

I visited Sheron and Jerry a few years back with my wife, and though they had just met that day, Sheron made Kate (and me) feel as welcome as if we'd been neighbors for a lifetime.
