Thomas B. Hutto Sr.

Thomas B. “Buddy” Hutto, Sr. age 88 of Bertram, Texas passed away on January 12, 2011. He was born in Bertram, Texas on September 2, 1922 the son of Elisha Howard Hutto and Ollie Starr.

Buddy was the President of the Bank in Bertram, Texas from 1972 to 1987. He loved to hunt and fish. He enjoyed collecting coins and was an avid U.T. Football fan.

He was survived by his daughter and her husband Mary Jo “Jody” and John Russell of League City, Texas; granddaughter and husband Robin and Thomas Register of League City, Texas; step grandchildren Randy Russell of Kyle, Texas and Debbie King of Southlake, Texas; great grandchildren Aubrey and Chloe Register of League City, Texas; step great grandchildren Dane and Madison Erwin of Southlake, Texas. He is preceded in death by his wife Thelma Ruth Gregory Hutto and one son Thomas B. Hutto,Jr. and sister Geraldine Starr Hutto Reed.

Visitation will be January 14, 2011 from 6-8 p.m. at the Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home. Funeral services will be January 15, 2011, Sat. 11:00 a.m. at the Bertram Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Bertram, Texas with Rev. Daryl Johnson officiating.
