William Don “Willy” Warden was born August 24, 1958 in San Antonio to William Douglas Warden and Dollie Hyman Warden. Willy, as he was known to his family and friends, passed away at his home in Bertram on Monday, October 12, 2020, at age 62. Willy lived in San Antonio the first 15 years of his life, then he moved to Bertram after his Dad Doug retired from the U.S. Air Force.
Willy very much loved life and loved participating in the Special Olympics Sports, especially bowling and track. Willy also had a life-long hobby and love of collecting marbles; all 20,000 of them.
