Kim had such a good nature. I was lucky to know him. He was such a good guy and it was too soon for him to go. I know he'll be missed, but I'm glad he spent the last part of his life in one of the best places in the world.

I was shocked to hear that Kim had passed, though I know he'd been suffering with this prostate cancer for years.  It was a privilege working with him all those years at Diablo Canyon Power Plant.  When he moved to Burney, I was able to drive up and visit a few times.  That was definitely his kind of place, with all the fishing and hunting he could do.  I'm very happy he was able to stop by to see us earlier this year on his way back home from Texas.  
Love you buddy!!  The only blessing is that you are in a much better place.

I served with Kim on the Cavalla from 80-83 and will never forget him helping me get qualified.  Thanks always for your friendship and we all will miss you.

I had the privilege of serving with Kim in the Navy on the USS Cavalla, '79-'83.  I'll always remember his laugh and hard working spirit.   My condolences to his family and close friends.

We lost another good one.

I had great pleasure working with Kim onboard USS Cavalla 30+ years ago.
More recently, I was fortunate to be able to reconnect with Kim at our semi-annual shipmate gatherings in Texas.

May you rest in peace.

I had the pleasure of serving with Kim in the US Navy, on the USS Cavalla. At first Kim was my boss and over time he became a good friend. Frodo, as we affectionately called him, was a first rate electrician, a good teacher and the best type of friend. Kim was never one to suffer fools, but always had a smile on his face and would make time for a friend. I knew Frodo for nearly 35 years and will miss him. I'm sorry I wasn't there for you at the end brother, God speed Frodo.

Kim, along with all of your friends, I appreciate the breadth of your experience and the depth of your knowledge.
