Leonard moved to Shasta County 32 years ago from Ontario, California, and was a plasterer in the construction business for 40 years. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Tanya Clark. He leaves a son, Leonard Cecil Clark Jr, a daughter, Judy Malloy, 7 grand children, and 2 great-grand children.
