Marta was born in Yreka, CA to parents Marylen and Charles Sullivan. She was married to Wayne Mitchell for 34 years; they resided in Burney the last 24 years. She is survived by her husband Wayne, daughter Latasha and grandson Jason Sullivan-King, her son Brandon (Jennifer) and grandsons Dalton and Waylon Mitchell, her sister Kathy Allen, and her brother Lance Sullivan, along with many more family members.
Marta was a wonderful and loving wife and mother. She was very passionate about her home and family life. Marta was a very loving, strong, beautiful woman that was loved by all. She will be greatly missed and always remembered.
