Barbara Mae Vander Voord, age 93.5, went home to be with her Lord and Savior while surrounded by her family Wednesday, November 3, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank E. Vander Voord; parents Guy and Flossie Anderson; and brothers Gail Anderson and Mike Anderson. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Susan (Larry) Philp, Jim (Marianne) Vander Voord, Tom (Sandy) Vander Voord, Mary (Jim) Fues, Sally (Don) Nicewander; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Martha Anderson; and many extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Cook Funeral Home - Byron Center Chapel, 2067 84th St. SW, Byron Center, MI 49315, with visitation from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service.
