Donald Zuverink, age 87 of Byron Center, went to be with the Lord Sunday, May 10, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Sena Zuverink; wife of 61 years, Yvonne; nine siblings; son-in-law, Bruce Burmania; and great-granddaughter, Ashley Kuiphof. He is survived by his children Pamela Burmania, Mike (Linda) Zuverink, and Dawn (Mike) Albrecht; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
Don enjoyed playing pool, deer hunting, and fishing--especially his trips to Canada. Don was a very social person and was always ready to make a new friend. Don leave behind many friends at Raybrook Manor where he lived his last nine and a half years.
Funeral services will take place 11 a.m. Saturday, May 23, 2026 at Raybrook Manor, 2121 Raybrook St. SE, Grand Rapids, with visitation from 10-11 a.m. prior to service.
