Doris Jean Biesbrock

Doris J. (France) Biesbrock, age 88, passed away Monday, September 14, 2020. Doris was born June 15, 1932 in Byron Center, MI to Paul and Dora (Hickox) France. Doris loved kids and spent her entire teaching career - of 33 years - in Byron Center. She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Jasper (Jay) Biesbrock; brothers and sisters; and in-laws. She will be deeply missed by her children Dale (Deb) Biesbrock, and Debbi (David) Tompkins all of Byron Center; grandchildren Timothy (Crystal), Kevin, David James (Nikki), and Andrew (Angela); eight great-grandchildren; sister, Lorna Miller of Florida; brothers-in-law Robert (Elaine) Biesbrock, Harvey (Gloria) Biesbrock both of Hudsonville and Harold (Sharon) Biesbrock of Jenison; several nieces and nephews; and many friends. Relatives and friends may meet her family Friday, September 18, 2020 from 3-5 PM at Byron Center United Methodist Church, 2490 Prescott St. SW, Byron Center. Funeral services will be held immediately following at 5 PM at the church. Interment in Winchester Cemetery. Contributions in memory of Doris may be made to Byron Center United Methodist Church or Kindred Hospice.
