Laura Riojas died in the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, January 3, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, Agapito (Pete) Riojas; son,Terrance; and daughter, Diane. She is survived by sons Steven and Edward; and the families of all of her children, including many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Laura is also survived by one sister, Marion Dodd.
Laura was a gentle person and an unflinching confessor of the faith. She was true to that faith even through life’s many physical and emotional trials. Laura now rests from her labors, and enjoys that peace which this world cannot give.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, January 28, 2022 at Grace Lutheran Church, 150 50th St. SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49548, with visitation from 10-11 a.m. prior to service.
