Mary Ann L. Uebbing, age 85 of Byron Center, went to be with the Lord, Friday, April 22, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents Herman and Mary Steffes; husband, Gerhard “Gary” Uebbing; sister, Marjean Lyon; and brother, Gerald Steffes.
She is survived by her eight children Angela (Jim) McGee, Elizabeth (Bob) Bentley, Joseph (Melanie) Uebbing, Marie (Mike) Cucinella, Raimund (Tammy) Uebbing, Bernard (Rhea) Uebbing, John (Karin) Uebbing, and Christine (Dan) Guy; 18 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; sister, Margaret Reynolds; sister-in-law, Lorraine Steffes; and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 29, 2022 at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, 9408 Wilson Ave. SW, Byron Center, with Msgr. William Duncan as celebrant. The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday at church one hour prior to Mass.
