Sadie Nederveld, age 96, went to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, May 26, 2026. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ron Nederveld. She is survived by her children Cindy (Howard) Lippenga, Craig (Lori) Nederveld, Kris (Bob) Koopman, Susan Smit; 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law Kathy Nederveld and Marge Nederveld; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Sadie was well known and loved in the Byron Center community for her 24 years of service as a secretary at Brown Elementary School. She was active in her church, worked on several mission projects alongside her husband, and enjoyed time spent at Sandy Pines campground where they were charter members.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at The Well Byron Center, 8425 Byron Center Ave. SW, Byron Center, MI 49315, with visitation from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to the service.
