Shelly Marie Kamstra, age 60, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, August 17, 2025 while surrounded by family. Shelly cherished her family and loved to make her home warm and inviting for all who entered. She worked at the local Dollar Tree for over 17 years, where she made many friends. Her warm and inviting personality would often brighten anyone’s day. She also enjoyed fishing, morel hunting, reading, going to the beach, and spending cherished time with her family. She will be deeply missed.
Shelly is survived by the love of her life, Ron Kamstra; sons Jay Kamstra, Kodey Kamstra, Roy Kamstra; granddaughter, Kylie Kamstra; mother, Janet Westover; siblings James Westover Jr., Robin Westover; and many extended family and friends.
A memorial service celebrating the life of Shelly will be held 12 p.m. Friday, August 29, 2025 at Cook Funeral Home (West Building), 4235 Prairie St. SW Grandville, MI 49418, with visitation one hour prior.
