Virginia (Larson) Rollo, age 93, of Wyoming, went to be with the Lord Monday, September 14, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Rollo, on July 29, 2020, and her son, Tom Rollo, in 2016. She is survived by her son, Doug Rollo; grandchildren Michael, Melissa, Nicole, Jennifer, Kellianne, Joshua (Annie); great-grandchildren Wyatt, Henry, Amelia, Maya, and Mateo. Virginia was born in Mesick, and was raised on the Larson Dairy farm in Mesick, Michigan. Virginia moved to Grand Rapids after she graduated from high school, where she met and married Francis. She worked and retired from International Paper, where she was the assistant general manager and union negotiator. Virginia was known as a second mom to many, and a lifelong caregiver to all. Virginia was a devout Christian and a member of Gethsemane Lutheran Church for over 65 years. She enjoyed attending her children’s and grandchildren’s sporting events and especially liked spending time camping with friends and family as well attending the Annual Cherry Festival. Doug and family my Aunt Sandy in North Dakota sends her sincerest condolences on the passing of Ginny. She will always remember seeing Ginny and Fran’s house and the girls trip Ginny and mom my took out west. Us farm girls need to stick together.
