Rosa “Rosita” Lydia Rodríguez Ortiz was born on December 31, 1940 in the town of Añasco, Puerto Rico. Her parents Ángel Rodríguez, a native of the municipality of Añasco, and María F Santana Ortiz, a native of the municipality of Sabana Grande.
Doña Rosa was married for many years to Don Rafael Núñez Perdomo who unfortunately today rests in a privileged place. Doña Rosa is survived by her two children Claribel Valentín Rodríguez and Julio Valentín Rodríguez. In addition, her 8 grandchildren, including Caroline Delgado Valentín, Ángel Delgado Valentín and Carmen Delgado Valentín.
Rosita will be remembered by her family and friends for her unique way of being. She was an excellent mother, an exemplary wife, an exceptional grandmother. Not to mention the contagious joy that she carried with her everywhere.
Her services will be held at the Funeraria Parque de Luz in of Caguas Puerto Rico. While her last goodbye will be at the Cementerio Monte Calvario in Caguas, Puerto Rico.
