Evelyn passed away peacefully at the Extended Care Hillcrest Nursing Home on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at the age of 94 years. She was predeceased in 1999 by her husband Harry of 51 years. Evelyn leaves to mourn her son Randy, his wife Irene and loving granddaughter Alexandra. Also left to mourn are her nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. Evelyn was born in Edinburgh, Scotland and came to Canada at the age of 2 years; married in 1948 and resided in Toronto, Montreal and Calgary. A Private Service will be held. Evelyn will be laid to rest with her husband – Always Together. Remember her in your own way. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made directly to the War Amps at waramps.ca.
