VAN MEYL, ANN “Annie” Louisa: Born in The Netherlands, 1922. Ann went home to be with her Lord and daughter Marie “Ria” Stephens on Friday, January 6, 2012 in her 90th year after a courageous battle with parkinson’s disease. Annie immigrated to Canada in 1952 with her cherished husband John Sr. whom she will be sadly missed by. Loving mother of Louie and John Jr. Dear Oma of Christine (Bradley) Freiburger and great Oma of Scott and Kevin Freiburger. Ann is predeceased by her parents, and three sisters. Forever remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends and family will be received at the T. LITTLE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 223 Main Street, Cambridge (519-623-1290) on Sunday, January 8, 2012 from 2-4 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 9, 2012 at ST. GREGORY’S RC CHURCH (10 St. Gregory’s Drive, Cambridge) at 11 am. Interment to follow at Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Parkinson’s Society. Special thank you to the nurses at Cambridge Memorial Hospital for the outstanding care provided to our mom.
