Barbara Joyce Johnston

Barbara (nee Webster) was born almost 92 years ago at the old Galt hospital and returned a couple of years ago to the same location, now the St. Andrew’s Terrace to be catered to be their devoted staff.

For the last couple of years Barbara has been saving her memories to be shared with her husband Roy (1989). Conversations will no doubt, be updating on their three sons Bruce (Louise), Grant (Jane) and Jim (Sheila), granddaughters Vanessa (Rob Morris), and Jennifer (Jeff Lahey) plus their great-grandchildren Isaac Morris and Samantha, Madison and Carter Lahey.

No doubt, at the family reunion she will be reunited with parents George and Helen Webster (nee Richmond), brother Don (Phyllis), sisters Dorothy Bennett (Buss), Ruth Hooker (Herb) and Margaret Sweeny (Dick), plus the many friends acquired over a lifetime living in Galt (Cambridge).

A lifetime member of Knox’s Galt Presbyterian Church, she participated and enjoyed all the benefits of being a member along with the fellowship of being a member.

Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2014 from 2pm-4pm at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge (519-621-1650).
