So sorry to hear of Barbara's passing. We live in Wasaga but never saw Barbara there. We have known Barb for many years from our community golf course in Florida. Always kind and ready to help. She will be missed.

I am so sad to the passing of Barb. I have known Barb for over 60yr. and spent some winters in Florida with her after her husbands death. She was such a kind and thoughtful person and we had many wonderful times together. I will miss her deeply. We will meet again and play a game of golf.

She was there for me when I needed someone. We had some good times together, golfing, shopping at Costco,, going to the Casino, or out for a weekly meal at one of our favourite restaurants.

Barb was a wonderful lady who deeply cared for her family, friends and golf.
She was the first person I thought of to pass on my mother's clip on earrings and Barb would thoughtfully mention them to me each time she wore a pair.
Your smile and chuckle will go on forever in our hearts. Rest well, Barb.

I met Barb 21 years ago. Barb was looking for a golf partner and we were introduced at Marlwood golf course in Wasaga Beach. Barb and I hit it off IMMEDIATELY. We became each other's best friend. You couldn't ask for a better friend than her. I was introduced to her wonderful family and she was introduced to mine. Barb and I golfed together those many years to date. We recently came back from St. Marteen. We had two wonderful and fun filled weeks in st. Marleen and came back to the beginning of the covid epidemic. During our friendship, many people thought we were sisters, as we were fun loving and foolish when we were together. I feel very lucky to have had her as my bestEST friend. YOU COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER AND FUN LOVING FRIEND AS MY FRIEND, BARBARA THOMPSON. SHE WILL BE "Unrepaceable"Love you forever Barb. Your forever friend, Dorothy Muise (DOT). Will miss your lemon pies!!!!! Rest in piece my dearest friend. You will always be in my heart. Dot
