Catherine "Irene" Dallas (Breckenridge) Gray

Irene was born in Glasglow, Scotland and immigrated to Canada in 1951 where she lovingly raised her three boys with her husband Bob. Irene enjoyed entertaining, fashion, baking, knitting, playing bridge, live theatre and travel. She loved playing golf and curling at the Galt Country Club, where she was a member for 50 years.

Irene was the beloved wife of the late Robert Gray (2007); loving mother of Mark (Leslie), Rob (Janice), and Jamie (En). Proud grandmother to Katie (Dave), Mollie (Evan), Kerrie, Abbie (Matt), Stuart (Nicky), Bobby (Nicole), Ryker and adored great-grandmother to Grayson, Mitchell, Finn, Mark, Lincoln, Braxton, Colton and Kaden. Irene will also be dearly missed by her sisters Audrey Sanders and Beryl McArthur and their families.

A heartfelt thank you to the staff at Waterloo Region Hospice and The Cambridge Memorial Hospital for their compassionate care that Irene received through her final days.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations in Irene's memory may be made to The Cambridge Memorial Hospital or The Waterloo Region Hospice.
