What a smile! What a laugh! What a love for life and all the people lucky enough to have known her! She was a perfectionist who did not demand perfection from others, a gifted creator who willingly shared her talents, a mother and grandmother with limitless patience and unconditional love, a loving wife, sister, aunt, cousin, friend. I remember so many lovely and fun times at St. John’s with our womens work group making items for fund raising. Claire was always so upbeat, jolly and, probably the most creative, crafty, artistic hard working one of our group. She and Ron were such a happy and social couple. Their backyard skating rink was a delight for our little ones.Kendra was one of our first babysitters 😁. 
Cambridge was a great place to raise our children and St. John’s especially., ellen and Keith wood,  Charlottetown, pei


Dear Ron, Greg& Kendra,
  We were shocked and saddened to hear of Claire’s passing.   She has always been so vibrant and loved by all.  You and Claire were so kind to Roy and such good friends to him.  Please know she will be dearly missed by us and never forgotten.
   We are so sorry not to be able to attend her remembrance service as we have guests at the cottage from LA and BC.  An afternoon of music and friends is a great way to celebrate Claire.

My sincere condolences to the Wilson family at this sad time. As a member of St. Johns U.C. ( now Cedar Hill U.C.) I have many fond memories of religious and social events where Clare was very much involved : church services,  card parties, pot luck meals, Soup Sundays, Spring salad luncheons, meat-pie making etc.  She was such a special lady and will be very much missed by so many but we will always have great memories of her  to keep her alive in our hearts. My condolences to the entire Wilson family.  Mrs. Wilson will be missed by many.  I thank her in my heart for all the great childhood memories we had over at 25 Day St.  They will never be forgotten from the fun crafts we did, snacks, activities and mostly her smile.  Even running into her many years later her smile was warm and welcoming.  Rest in Eternal Peace Mrs. Wilson.   May the Wilson family be comforted by those that love her and them.  
 

Since the Wilson’s moved from Day st they have been missed. Once in a while Clare would drive over this way and it was good catching up. Truly a lovely lady!!! Condolences to Ron and family…

Clair was a wonderful lady.  Not only was she a wonderful wife and mother but if she was your friend you were truly blessed.  She was a tremendous cook and some of us were lucky enough to share a meal with her and Ron in their home.    She loved her family and loved to tell stories about the good times they all shared together.    She will be truly missed by all of you, her family, but also by everyone who was lucky enough to have met her.  God certainly has a special angel now.
