Dario Lombardi

Suddenly at home on April 23, 2012 in his 75th year. Loving husband of 50 years to Fernanda (nee De Santis). Loving father of Gianna (Don) Moore, and Max (Josie) Lombardi. Proud Nonno of Cameron, Brandon, Amy, Lenny, Niko, and Trinity. Dear brother of Natalina Perciballi, of Velletri, Italy; Giulia (Giulio) Fioretti; Genoveffa Recine, and Antonio Lombardi, both of Montreal. Brother-in-law of Natalino (Santa) De Santis; Filomena Orologio, Sebastiano (Antonietta) De Santis, of Torrice, Italy; and Vincenzo D’Angeli, of Anagni, Italy. Predeceased by his parents Giovanni (1957) and Pasqua (2011) Faustini; two brothers in infancy; his father and mother-in-law Santino De Santis (2003) and Lucia Lisi (1968), and his sister-in-law Loreta D’Angeli (2012). Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Dario was a long standing member of the Aurora Lodge Sons of Italy, and a faithful parishioner at St. Patrick’s Church. Dario retired from Walker Exhausts in 2001. His happiest times were when he was surrounded by his family and grandchildren. Visitation at the T. LITTLE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 223 Main Street, Cambridge (519-623-1290) on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Vigil Service at 4 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at ST. PATRICK’S ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 53 Wellington Street, Cambridge on Friday morning April 27, 2012 at 10 o’clock. Entombment Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener.
