Dave was also known to some as Jack, Jacky Boy, and Action Jackson, among others. He was known for his hearty laugh, dance moves, great hockey skills, and kind heart. He was well known in Cambridge and surrounding areas. He was passionate about working hard and worked for CP Rail since the age of 16 up until his passing. He knew everybody around and could spark up a conversation about those jays or those leafs. He loved watching his daughters play hockey and enjoyed visiting his granddaughter.
He is survived by his brother Doug (Dax and Dakota), his daughters Abygail (Garrett and Hadley), Maizie (Bradley), and his many friends from all over, including CP Rail and Ayr.
As William Wallace once said, “They may take our lives, but they’ll never take our freedom”.
