Edward Laurent Comeau

Peacefully, with family by his side, Edward Laurent Comeau went to be with the Lord, on Wednesday October 12, 2016, one day before his 74th birthday. Ed was born in Mavillette, Nova Scotia in 1942. Beloved spouse of Linda Landon. Loving father of Dean (Amy), and Dan (Joanne). Adored grandfather of Cassidy and Jessica, Steven, Devon and Sophia. Dear brother of Esther Caldwell (Larry), Doris Bea (Denny), and Leonard Comeau (Lois). Remembered fondly by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Leo and Emily and brothers Paul, Delbe and Joe. Ed worked hard at everything he did. He will be remembered for the great enjoyment and dedication he took in building and renovating houses, especially when he was working with his two sons. Even this past year, during his battle with cancer, Ed completely renovated the farmhouse he lived in. Ed’s family will receive guests and relatives at T. LITTLE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 223 Main Street, Cambridge (519 623 1290) on Saturday October 22, 2016 for visitation from 11:00am to Noon. Memorial Service will follow in the Funeral Home Chapel. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Innisfree House, in appreciation of the wonderful care Ed received there in his final days.
