Beloved wife of 60 years to Richard, Jill was a devoted and loving mother to Jamie (Diane), and Mike (Leanne). Cherished grandma to Isabelle, Anne-Marie, Joey, and Corey, she will also be deeply missed by her brother Rick (Vicky) and forever remembered in the hearts of her many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends. Jill was predeceased by her siblings Sheila (Terry), and Brian.
A dedicated registered nurse throughout her career as a graduate of Toronto General Hospital, Jill cared deeply for others and touched the lives of many through her compassion and kindness. She had a passion for travel, was a loyal fan of the Toronto Blue Jays, and Clay Aiken with her special group the DOTS, along with having a special love for cats, especially her beloved companion, Charlie. She was a mother to many as the house on Dearbourne was like a home to friends of her boys.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 24, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to gather to share memories and celebrate Jill’s life.
