Genevieve Mary Bartlett

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 in the comfort of her home with loving family by her side in her 74th year. Loving wife of 54 wonderful years to Louis. Proud mom to Theresa (Peter) Doyle, Bart (Ellen) and Louis (Teresa). Cherished Nanny to Jen (Nicole), Matthew, Dwayne, Steven and Scott all of Cambridge. Dear sister to Barbara (Gord) and Mary (Ray). Survived by sisters-in-law: Patricia, Rita, Madonna, Anna, Myrtle and brother-in-law, Tom Sullivan. Predeceased by parents Arthur and Theresa Cole, parents-in-law, Bart and Beryl Bartlett, brothers: Leo, Max, George, Raymond, Peter, Nicholas, sisters: Laura and Jean, brother-in-law, Herb and sister-in-law, Marie. Jenny will be missed by Stan (Patricia) Bartlett of Cambridge, Lorraine (Bill) Cahill of NFLD, George (Barb) Bartlett of NFLD and special friend Peg Jarvis along with many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Jenny was a hard working woman who loved her family, and their hearts are heavy in her absence. Visitation will take place on Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9pm at Coutts Funeral Home with prayers starting at 8:30pm. A Funeral Mass will follow on Friday, May 13, 2016 at 11am at St. Gregory's Church, 10 St. Gregory's Drive, Cambridge. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association in her memory. A very special thank you to palliative care nurses, especially Agnes and Becky, all the PSW's especially Cheryl, Rene and Becky along with Dr. Crosby and Dr. Skillman. Your care and compassion has been very much appreciated.
