Mr. Giuseppe Mirotta

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Giuseppe, at his home on January 29, 2017 in his 97th year. Predeceased by his parents Natale and Provvidenza Mirotta of Montallegro, Sicily. Lovingly remembered by his remaining sister, Maria Mirotta (Agrigento, Sicily) and predeceased by his brothers Domenico, Antonio, Angelo and Salvatore Mirotta and sisters Paola Mirotta, Giovanna Vella, Rosalia Arcuri, Giuseppina Schembre, Antonina Palumbo and Anna Dipisa. Forever remembered by his many nieces and nephews, family and friends that meant so much to him, throughout his long life. Special thanks to his home caregivers, doctors and nurses, whose tireless efforts are greatly appreciated by his family. Visitation for family and friends will be at the T. LITTLE FUNERAL HOME, 223 Main Street, Cambridge on Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 6 – 8 p.m. Vigil Prayers will be said at 8 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at ST. AMBROSE R.C. CHURCH, 210 South Street, Cambridge on Friday, February 3, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at New Hope Cemetery. Remembrances to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
