Passed away on May 4, 2016 at the age of 86. Loving husband of Marion (nee Collins), father of daughter Lesley (Jon Pieter) and son Stephen. Grandpa to Roland, Ilke (Aaron) and Tyson (Erica). Jack will be dearly missed and never forgotten. Proud to be a Yorkshire man born in Middlesbrough in 1930 and emigrated to Canada in 1963. Many thanks to the staff and volunteers of Lisaard House for their wonderful loving care. At Jack’s request cremation has taken place.
