After a courageous battle with cancer, James “Jim” Sheppard passed away peacefully in his home on January 23, 2016 at the age of 76. Jim will be fondly remembered for his musical talent. He was a gifted singer and guitarist and loved to play music for people all over Cambridge. Jim will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by his son Kevin, brothers Dave (Darlene) and John (Doris), sister Helen, sister-in-law Sharon (Edward), and his many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Dorothy and his brother Ralph (“Flip”). As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Jim’s life will be held on March 5, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Sharon’s house (26 Oxford Street, Cambridge, Ontario, N1R 1M4). As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society through T. Little Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (519-623-1290).
