OBITUARY

Jean Mary Watson

December 6, 1934February 15, 2021

With heavy hearts and deep sadness, we announce Jeans passing on Monday, February 15, 2021 at Cambridge Memorial Hospital.

Jean is together again with her beloved daughter Beverley Jean McConnell (1981) after many years apart. Loving step-mom to Cheryl (Mike) Jarvis, Ruth Ann Watson along with Musgrave and Watson families. Proud Nana to many cherished grandchildren. Jean is predeceased by her first husband Gordon Musgrave (1979), her second husband Gordon Watson (1983), siblings: Wally and Ray Sellars and step-daughter Lenore Musgrave-Eggleston. Jean will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her extended family and friends. Jean was a hard worker, working tirelessly at Preston Springs and Even Tide nursing homes for many years until opening her home daycare business. Jean adored children and was happy to have the opportunity to care for so many little ones over the years. Children brought Jean so much joy, along with her beloved cats, Horris and Hilda.

I was Jean's piano teacher for about 7 years. She was such a wonderful lady. She had been through a lot, but was very determined and always tried to make the best of any situation with her fighting spirit. Please accept my condolences during this difficult time. She will be greatly missed.
