Passed away peacefully at his residence on Sunday October 12, 2014 in his 53rd year. Loving father of Keith (Stacey), Brandin (Jennifer) and Matthew (Amanda), and his grandchildren Kellie, Kadence and Noah. Also survived by the love of his life Wendy Ashworth, his brothers John (Sue) and Sandy, and sisters Dorothy (Weldon) Tarrent, and Rose. Predeceased by his parents Samuel and Marjorie McLaughlin, and his sister Mary. Robert was born in Galt on July 30, 1962 and has lived in Cambridge all his life. He was employed with Bailey Metal Products Ltd.for 35 years. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Visitation will be held at Coutts Funeral Home on Saturday October 18, 2014 from 2-4 P. M. As expressions of sympathy donations to Grandriver Conservation Authority or Addiction Research would be appreciated by the family.
