Ronald was a caring and devoted husband and father who loved his family dearly, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He had a passion for wood-working and loved old cars, especially his jaguar. Ronald was a Car Club member and enjoyed attending car cruises, as well as playing pool and darts. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Suzanne Zulkosky-Pfanner, children Teri (George) Kirkland, Ken Pfanner, Laura Pfanner, Veronica Pfanner, step-children Tony (Lisa) Zulkosky, Judy (Delroy) Warren, Mark (Becky) Zulkosky, 16 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, his siblings Pat (Dan) Cole, Rick (Trudy) Pfanner, Judy (Wayne) Anderson, Wilf (Marg) Pfanner, and Cam (Maryanne) Pfanner, and many nieces and nephews. Ronald was predeceased by his first wife, Edith Pfanner. Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
