With sadness and heavy hearts, we announce that Treza Silveira passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family, on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at the age of 56. Treza loved to immerse herself in nature, especially when she would go bike riding. She also enjoyed playing golf, and was an excellent photographer. Treza will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her parents Alice DaSilva and Manuel Jorge DaSilva, husband Jose Silveira, daughters Amanda (Anthony) Lima and Serina Silveira, granddaughter Arianna Lima, sister Marie (Yalcin) Manuela, and her nieces Angie (Kevin) Mougenot and Ashley (Jason) Chauinard. Friends and relatives are invited to a visitation at Coutts Funeral Home (96 St. Andrews St. Cambridge, ON) on Thursday, March 16 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 17 at St. Gregory’s Parish (10 St. Gregory’s Drive, Cambridge, ON) at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
