passed away in the arms of his loving wife on October 1, 2011. Adored husband of Goretti and amazing father to Michelle (Nito), Katherine and Sabrina. Cherished booboo to Mia, Alex, Mateo and Emilia. Loving son to Manuel Jordan and Liduina of San Vicente, Azores. Dear brother to Saozinha Paiva of the U.S. and predeceased by brother Jorge Moniz. He will also be missed by brothers in law, sister in law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Vicentes family wishes to extend a special thanks to the doctors of the ICU at Cambridge Memorial Hospital and Debbie from ParaMed. Now in Heaven with his dogs, Butch and Tyson.
