Wilma was the beloved mother of Don, Douglas, Diane, Donna-Jean, and Dwayne. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Don Jr., Crystal, Cheryl, Dana, Angie, Cory, Melanie, Shawn, Michael, and Austin and dear sister of Linda McGregor of Wiarton.
Wilma is now reunited with her parents, Mark and Hilda Heathers; her cherished daughter, Debbie; her beloved granddaughter, Ashley-Lynn; and her many siblings who predeceased her.
Wilma was raised on a farm, where she developed the strong work ethic and caring nature that would guide her throughout her life. She later spent 25 years living and working on a farm, a life she deeply valued. Dedicated and compassionate, Wilma worked for many years as both a housekeeper and a personal support worker, always taking pride in caring for others with kindness and devotion.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place, and a private family service has been held.
