I met Betsy while I was visiting the patients at Inners Creek !  I lived in Baltimore County the first 12 years of my life so we connected right away because she had known my cousin, John Almony.  I enjoyed seeing Betsy and one day I asked her if she would like a baby doll and right away she said that she would love a doll !
So it was in November that I found the prettiest doll  that looked a little real and when I presented it to her, she cried, but quickly began to hold and cuddle it ! She said that she would hold it with one arm and eat with the other when I said here is the box when you need to put it down ! Now I see all the dear real babies that she held and how that was such a part of her life. So sorry to her dear family in this loss, but am sure you have good memories.

Dear Betsy..kindest person I've ever known. She watched both of my boys and she was loved as much as any grandmother. Their favorite place was on her lap. She was such a big help for two working parents, always dependable and generous. We will always remember her fondly, may she rest in peace.

My brother and I went to daycare at Mrs Betsy’s growing up and it was some of my fondest memories as a kid. She always felt like a grandmother to me and genuinely cared about us. Blessed to have known her - she was a warm soul.  Prayers to the family.

Back in 1988 when our first child Anna was born, we looked for the perfect person to take care of her and love her when I returned to work. We found that and more with our beloved Miss Betsy and Mr Dicky. They were  a third set of grandparents, and showered her and later her two sisters with so much love. She had a heart of gold and we have such fond memories of that time. Our love and condolences to the entire family. -Tom and Alison Muller
