Born on August 18, 1937 in East Liverpool, Ohio, to the late Charles Edward and Pauline Alice (Durbin) Timothy.
She is preceded in passing by her husband Edward Lee Sakach.
Surviving Charlotte are her children; Christine Sakach (Lenny Dribinsky) of McLean, VA, Michelle Wegman (Robert) of Douglasville, PA, and Mark Sakach (Bonnie) of Landisburg, PA; along with 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren who knew her as “Budder”; her brother, Charles Timothy (Laura) of Wooster, Ohio and her sister, Marie Obermann of Worcester, Massachusetts.
Charlotte was retired from Keiser University where she was employed as an assistant bursar. She spent a number of years in Florida and South Carolina where she enjoyed her days by the sea before returning back north to Pennsylvania to be closer to her family. She was most passionate about spending time at the beach and gardening.
