Born on October 19, 1954, in Townshend, Vermont, he was the son of Howard and Lorraine (Rounds) Peer.
He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy (Morgan) Peer; son, Christopher Peer; his mother, Lorraine Peer; and his siblings Rod Varney and Sue Fessette (David).
Clifford was an avid outdoorsman, always enjoying spending time out in the yard gardening or in the woods hunting. His hobbies included photography, martial arts, reading or watching science fiction and a love for his pets.
A committal service will be held at Mt Olivet Cemetery, located at 198 Old York Rd, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, on December 11, 2025, at 11:00am.
