I worked with George at the Navy Depot in Mechanicsburg when he was a supply clerk in our warehouse shipping department and I was a forklift operator. Several years later when he was a manager in the Navy Materials Handling Equipment Department I worked for him as Logistics Manager procuring forklifts, cranes, warehouse tractors etc. for shipboard and shorebased Naval activities. He was a fine gentleman and supervisor.

Please accept my condolences for the loss of your husband/father/brother and grandfather. May God bless you and give peace and comfort now and in the future.

His only daughter Erin has for the last seven years been a dear friend/ former co-worker to my wife Ruth.  Had it not been for Erin, my wife wouldn't be where she is today.  I can only see by the evidence of a good father she had Throughout her life.  Seeing the zest and zeal Erin has for life itself.  Her dad raised a fine young lady. Ruth and I send our love to his family.  May God give you his peace and comfort you all.

Dave and Erin,  Sorry I won't be able to make the funeral services.  I do remember having drinks with your Dad at the Radisson.  He was a great guy and I know you are missing him. He made me laugh a few times. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I am so sorry to get this news. Prayers for the family and always remember the good times like our trips to the beach with his brother Larry.  I always smile when I think of those family dinners at his Mom's, the good natured ribbing and genuine family love. Blessings and love to you all.

I am so sorry to hear this news. I will always remember drinks at the Radisson with George and 'the whole house shaking' when we didn't actually touch the furnace in the basement. He will always bring a smile to my face and I am happy that I knew him. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
