He was born April 10, 1925 in Harrisburg, son of the late Gilbert and Elizabeth Otto.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp. serving in WW II and the Korean War.
Prior to retirement he was employed with the Pennsylvania Railroad and later with the U.S. Postal Service.
He was preceded in death by his wife Elva in 1996.
He is survived by his daughter, Cheryl O. Arndt and her husband Michael R. Arndt, of Enola.
Funeral service will be conducted 10:30 Monday, February 16, 2015 from Neill Funeral Home, 3401 Market St. Camp Hill, with visitation from 10:00 till time of service. Interment will be in East Harrisburg Cemetery.
