

He was born on December 6, 1922, in East Liverpool, Ohio to Wilbur and Mabel Seckman and passed away April 8, 2022. He was 99 years old.
He met his wife Marceil at Ohio State University, and they were happily married for 71 years. They lived a full life in Indiana, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Florida. After serving in the Navy during WWII and graduating from Ohio State University, he worked as a plastics engineer at Square D and Amp inc. Upon retiring, he and Marcy enjoyed cruising and traveling throughout the United States, Australia, Brazil, and numerous tropical islands. He had an abundance of hobbies, and he loved to cook, play Sudoku, garden, and golf.
Harry is preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur, and Mabel (Podewell) Seckman, his brother Laverne Seckman and his sister Mary Tope.
He is survived by his wife Marceil (Nesbitt) Seckman, his sister Grayce Jackson, his children Greg Seckman and his wife Charlotte, Barb (Seckman) Fidler and her husband Bob. He is also survived by his grandchildren Zack Fidler, his wife Lacy Fidler, Liz (Fidler) Chapman and her husband Charles, Luke Fidler, Kyle Seckman and Ryan Seckman. Also, by his four great grandchildren; Julia and Marcus Chapman, and Blake and Kylie Fidler.
A memorial Service will be held at Eastminster Presbyterian Church in York, PA on Tuesday, April 26th at 11 a.m.
