Born in Walterboro, SC on June 12, 1943 to the late Edward Murrie Redman Sr. and Bessie (Tumbleston) Redman.
John is preceded in death by his brother, Edward M. Redman Jr.; and sisters, Claire McGee, Sandra Goude and Amanda Wiggens.
Surviving him are his daughter, Danielle Rae Luckey (Chad); sons, John W. Redman Jr. (Katrina), Kevin O. Redman, and Eric M. Redman (Tanya), grandchildren, Lane Redman, Kari Austin, Gordie Titus Jr., Ashleigh Titus and Dawson Redman; great grandchildren, Christopher, Jacob, Piper and Maverick; as well as many nieces and nephews.
John was the past president of the Smithsburg, Maryland Lions Club. He was an avid photographer, and a computer wizard.
No funeral services will be held at this time.
