Joshua C. Hershey, 18, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 15, 2014, as a result of an automobile accident. Joshua was a recent graduate of Red Land High School, Class of 2014.
Joshua was best described as a quiet, well-mannered, young man with a kind heart. He was a hard worker who held two part-time jobs, and as a result, Joshua was able to purchase his “Dream Car.”
Surviving are his parents, Clair and Sharon (Feaser) Hershey; his twin brother Jacob, all of York Haven; his brother, Adam Hershey, of Middletown; and sister Ashley Hershey, of Shermansdale; three half sisters, Tammy Eckert of Elizabethtown, Terri Hershey of New Holland, and Kelly Hershey of Bath, NY; and his maternal grandparents, Nelson and Beverly Feaser, of Hummelstown. He is also survived by numerous aunts ,uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by a half brother, Timothy Hershey, and his paternal grandparents, Clair S. and Florine Hershey.
A viewing will be held Friday, June 20, 2014, from 5:00 PM to 8:00PM, at Christian Life Assembly, 2645 Lisburn Road Camp Hill, PA 17011, and on Saturday, 10:00 AM until the time of service in the church.
Funeral service will be held 12:00 noon, Saturday, June 21, 2014, at the Christian Life Assembly, 2645 Lisburn Road Camp Hill, PA 17011. Burial will take place in Emanuel Cemetery, Lewisberry Pa. Memorial contributions may be made to Member’s First Federal Credit Union, payable to the Joshua Hershey Memorial Fund .
