Judith C. Prowell

Born July 12, 1941

Judith C. Prowell, of Shiremanstown, passed away Friday, May 2, 2014 in Harrisburg Hospital. She was born in Harrisburg, daughter of the late Arthur and Wilmina (Stoner) Capello. Judith was the Tax Collector for over 30 years in Shiremanstown, she was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Camp Hill. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Harry D. Prowell, of Shiremanstown, sons, Brian Prowell, his wife Marcia, of Auburn, AL, Matthew Prowell, his wife Heather, of York, grandchildren, Ben and Katie and a brother Thomas Capello, of York. Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 Wednesday, May 7, 2014 from Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church 2000 Chestnut St. Camp Hill, viewing will be one hour prior to service. Interment will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Camp Hill. Memorial contributions can be made to, American Heart Association.
