She attended parish grade school at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, and graduated from Bishop McDevitt High School in 1958, where she participated in Speech and Debate. At her home parish she enthusiastically danced in Kolo Club Marian with many of her close friends and family.
Following high school graduation, she began working for the United States Air Force at the former Olmstead Air Force Base in Middletown working on procurement programs which included the X-15. In 1963 she participated in the recording of “Presveta Noč” a recording of traditional Croation Christmas carols at her home parish. During that time, she met her husband of 29 years, Paul Manski, of Pittsburgh. They were married on October 24, 1964. After leaving her position at the Air Force, to start her family in 1965, Justine worked part time at the New Cumberland Army Depot for several years, and for several private industry positions, returning to full-time employment New Cumberland in the aviation mission.
After the aviation mission ceased operations in 1985, she became a Quality Assurance Specialist for the Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna, and was active in supporting frontline units in Bosnia, Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Following her retirement in 2000 from the Department of Defense, she continued working for Dr. Ralph Manna DMD in his dental office in the Harrisburg area.
Tina enjoyed cooking and baking, with a strong demand for her Christmas cookies. Other pastimes included sewing, needlecraft, reading, history, and cross word puzzles. She had great memories of her trip to Croatia with her sister Roseann and brother-in-law, Larry.
A longtime member of The Church of the Good Shepherd, where her husband was the organist, she sang in the Adult Choir for many years.
Justine was called home to heaven on November 9, 2025, and was proceeded by her husband and dance partner Paul, sons Paul and Thomas, her parents Michael and Helen Vukmanic, and daughter-in-law Lori Manski.
She is survived by her son Andrew, daughter-in-law Cindy (Tedesco), grandchildren Faith and Andrew, as well as her sisters Roseann Vukmanic, and Helen-Marie Rubinich (Michael), Nephews Zachary (Missy) and Joshua (Kara) Rubinich, Brother-in-Law Lawrence (Darla) Manski and Nieces Alana Manski-Dicks and Leigh Manski, Cousin Rene Germeyer-Seibert (Tracy) as well as many other cousins, great nieces and nephews.
Visitations will take place on Thursday November 13th from 2:00-4:00pm and from 6:00-8:00pm at Neill Funeral Home; 3401 Market Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011. A Mass of Christian burial will take place on Friday November 14th at 11:00am at Good Shepherd Catholic Church; 3435 E Trindle Rd, Camp Hill, PA 17011. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery; 116 S Oak Grove Rd, West Hanover Township, PA 17112.
