She was born on October 11, 1924, in Dauphin, PA to the late Ethel A. (Bechtel) and Reuben Howard.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband Ralph T. Allen.
Surviving Lorraine is her niece, Donna Wood; and great niece, Lisa M. Stock.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at 10:00am in Dauphin Cemetery; 100 Floral Lane, Dauphin, PA 17018. Please note – you will need to continue on past the church and take the first right run into the cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Red Cross of Harrisburg, PA.
